David Peck Todd (March 19, 1855 - June 1, 1939) and Mabel Loomis Todd (November 10, 1856 - October 14, 1932), at their Observatory House in 1907. David was an American astronomer who photographed the 1882 transit of Venus. Mabel edited the first collections of Emily Dickinson's poetry.
