The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Golgi's picture of a dog's olfactory bulb. This image shows a dog's olfactory bulb (OB); a cell structure which transmits smell information from the nose to the brain, creating the 'sense of smell'. This image also represents the earliest form of modern neuroscience imaging techniques. It uses a stain developed by Camillo Golgi (1843 - 1926) from Silver Nitrate and Potassium Dichromate.
